This piece was inspired by the natural Double Terminate Tibetan Quartz "Rainbow" Crystal used as the focal point. Meet - "Celestine".
The gorgeous Tibetan DT Quartz Crystal is a rare and beautiful, powerful specimen - radiating energy that actually exudes presence. It not only is amazingly clear, with light inclusions and rainbow reflecting fractures (making this a "Rainbow" crystal) - it has a slightly smokey tint to it that NONE of the other Tibetan Quartz Crystals I got from my supplier has.
Rainbow crystals are thought to be especially good for deep healing, chakras, vitality, inspiration and imagination. The full spectrum of color produced by the natural fractures in the crystal aid in healing and balancing any and all of the chakra centers.
Wrapped in Sterling Silver wire, tied into the full necklace with Freshwater Seed Pearls and Rice Pearls, and a Swarovski Crystal in matching rich blue.
Shimmering grey-blue Hawks Eye beads (a form of blue-grey Tiger Eye), with amplifying quartz beads call in visions and messages from the Universe, while Snowflake Obsidian sharpens internal and external vision and repels unwanted, negative presences and energies. Freshwater Pearls in deep blue are encircled in Silver spirals, invoking images of the galaxies. Swarovski Crystal in two shades of blue and clear add the pop and sparkle of the stars.
The Tibetan Quartz Crystal measures 1 1/4" in length x 3/4" wide. The necklace measures 20" - the pendant adding a 1 3/4" from bail to tip.

"Autumn Song"
Autumn has always been my favorite time of year - though I love and appreciate all of the seasons.
Still, there is something about the summer waning slowly into crisping, cooling evenings. As the leaves begin to burnish and flame in vibrant promises of the current harvest and of the spring to follow the winter - as the smoke from wood fires and the ring of axes begin to join the melody - there is a sense of the wheel and rhythm of life that envelopes me.
Thus - this piece was born. Centered around a rose-gold dipped genuine Maple Leaf (2 1/2" x 1 3/4"); Agate, Tiger's Eye and Freshwater Pearl are joined by Swarovski Crystal and Swarovski Crystal Pearls to create the flame and promise of the continued cycle and rhythm of the seasons.

"Lost Horse Creek"
This piece was inspired and created entirely one gorgeous day - out in the Bitterroot Mountains at the side of a small falls and pool along Lost Horse Creek - one of our favorite spots to go out here to "get away". I like to take my work out where I get the most inspiration in not only it - but in every facet of my life.
The picture doesn't do it justice, I'm afraid - a gorgeous, rare, natural Tibetan Double Terminate Quartz/Scepter Rainbow Crystal is the focal - wrapped in Sterling Silver wire, and enhanced on one side by Snowflake Obsidian, Hematite, Silver filigree and deep garnet red Swarovski Crystal. The necklace comprises Snowflake Obsidian, super rich, gemmy Garnet, Quartz, Freshwater Pearl, Swarovski Crystal, Bali Silver and Silver Filigree.
The Double Terminate/Scepter (could be considered either one) Tibetan Quartz Rainbow Crystal - is called "rainbow" because it contains prismatic fractures within that reflect the colors of the rainbow. This rare speciman really caught my attention as I held up in the sun - glimmers of blue, pink, green and gold reflected from it's depths as I held it.
Rainbow crystals are thought to be especially good for deep healing, chakras, vitality, inspiration and imagination, which is what this piece was designed to inspire. "Geode Slice with Amethyst"
The focal for the piece is a beautiful, polished slice of a natural Geode - a tiny, genuine Amethyst crystal point hanging from the top within. Exhibiting agate's beautiful translucency and varying colors in browns with cloudy wisps - the geode slice also has a ring within of beautiful, sparkling druzy quartz crystals.
Rich, dark Amethyst joins with Quartz, Picture Jasper, Citrine, Iolite, Tiger's Eye, Freshwater Pearl and Swarovski Crystal to form a necklace meant to bring healing, inspirational energies to the wearer - aiding in grounding, dream and vision, focus and meditation.
The necklace measures 20" - the geode slice, 1 3/4" bail to base x just over 3/4" wide.

"Summer Breeze"
This beautiful piece was inspired by the early summer afternoons we love to spend out in the mountains. The sighing, richly scented breeze carries the fragrance of the towering pines, fertile earth, wild flowers and fresh, mountain stream water. It is nothing short of heavenly, in my mind!
And so I have captured that in part in this creation - centered on a Sterling Silver dipped genuine pine cone - blending the vibrant greens of the forest and the rich, fertile browns of the sun-warmed earth. Amber, Green Aventurine, Agate, Aquamarine, Serpentine, Tiger's Eye, Silver Filigree, Freshwater Pearl, Swarovski Crystal and Swarovski Crystal Pearl all harmonize to inspire a sense of peace safety and centered calm, a rejuvenating and meditative mood.
The necklace measures 20" - the pine cone pendant - just over 1" bail to base x just under 3/4" wide. Finished with a Sterling Silver lobster claw clasp.
