Our Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.  We make every single piece with love and the utmost quality and attention to detail.  However if, when you receive your piece(s), you are not happy with them for any reason, simply return them in the condition they were sent to you in within 14 days for a complete refund, less the shipping fees.

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days of being placed.  Special and custom orders take longer, time depending on the particular order - but we will be able to give you an estimate then of when to expect your item.  You will be notified when your item ships.  Your item will be shipped via the method you chose during purchase.  All items come with a cotton lined box and a small descriptive parchment signed by the artist unless otherwise noted in the item's description.  Care instructions are included on the description parchment.
